COVID SAFETY MEASURES FOR FACE TO FACE CLASSES
New measures for face to face classes

These new measures follow government guidelines and best practice guidance from The British Wheel of Yoga.

What you can expect

Socially distanced class with limited numbers to allow extra spacing between mats.

Practice space ventilated before, during and after each class

Hand sanitiser provided inside the entrance
-
Two toilets available. Individual hand towels available.
What you will need to do

Pre-book and pre-pay for your class or block. No drop-ins on the day.

Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class. Last entry at 5 minutes prior to class start time.

Face masks are optional

Enter the entrance area one at a time, leaving shoes just inside by the main light switch. Please bring in only what you need & leave extra items/coats in your car.

Please respect social distancing at all times.

Do not attend if you feel unwell, have any symptoms of Covid-19, are required to self-isolate, or are required to quarantine following travel. See www.gov.uk/coronavirus for further information.

What to Bring

Bring your own mat & any other equipment (e.g. blanket, cushion/blocks). The communal equipment will not be available.

Bring/wear layers to keep you warm, as the practice space will be ventilated.
Test and Trace

I will keep a record of names and phone numbers of those who attend & if contacted by NHS Test and Trace, I will share this data as required.

If you develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days of attending a class, you will need to contact me so that I can forward the relevant information to NHS Test and Trace.
