Ayurvedic Yoga - Balance your Life
Saturday 23rd November, 12:30 - 3:30
Karma Hub, Swallownest, Sheffield. S26 4UR
Ayurveda, or the science of life, is the perfect partner to Yoga. Developed in ancient India, it is a holistic healthcare system, seen as the mother of all medical systems. It is based on the principle of three doshas, of which we are all an unique blend - our personal blueprint.
The aim of Ayurveda is to keep these elements in perfect balance.
In this workshop you will learn about your own unique blend of these three doshas - your constitution, and how best to keep in balance.
Practices will include posture sequences, breathing practices and relaxation designed to harmonise the body and mind.
