See below for details of my current weekly Hatha Yoga classes in and around Barnsley:
ONLINE CLASSES
Monday evenings, 6pm & 7:30pm via Zoom

Mindful Movement & Better Breathing
​
Mindful movement to ease tension, relax and restore.
Better Breathing is a meditative approach to breathwork.
​
Both classes are suitable for beginners.
Please arrive 15 minutes before classes start
to set up and get comfortable.
DODWORTH
Monday evenings, 6pm & 7:45pm
​
@ Rosehill Wesleyan Reform Church, Dodworth
​
This class is 75 minutes long.
ON HOLD DUE TO
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please arrive at least 5-10 mins before classes start to set up and get comfortable.
Bring your own mat and any other equipment required.
