Taking a live online Yoga class allows for an immersive experience from the comfort of your own home. However, in large group classes, 1:1 attention is challenging due to the format of teaching. • If using your video, turn it on to be in shot. This is in order to aid your safe practise and help with any assistance that my be required

  • Turn off notifications on the device you are using to stream the class

  • Turn off any other devices, at least putting them on mute or 'do not disturb' mode before the class starts
